Our fully managed service is ideal for clients with business critical applications who require a complete management solution for their application and servers.

- Initial telephone/email consultancy (1 hour)
- Brightbox team respond to alerts for your server
- Setup of staging server (if customer has 2+ boxes)
- Weekly and Monthly tasks including:
- Security audit (review of logs for unusual activity, port scan, outstanding security updates applied for Ubuntu and Gems)
- OS and Gem updates
- Review of backups (including test restore)
- Review of production log
- Review of graphs/alerts to identify trends
Pricing
We appreciate that each business has specific needs so we provide a bespoke quotation based on your requirements. However, typical pricing for our fully managed rails service is around £325 per month or £3250 per year + your chosen support plan fee
Example
Below is a typical monthly pricing example for a customer with one Brightbox 1024 box with our fully managed service:
1 x Brightbox 1024 (£109) + 5 hours/month Support Plan (£240) + Fully Managed Service (£325) = £674 per month
Minimum 1 hour per task/incident
Based on 1 app on 1 server – extra charge per additional app
12 month contract
Prices exclude VAT @ 17.5% where applicable
